Terms of Service MOB (Mafia of Baptiste) Effective Date: August 15, 2026 1. Overview This website, mafiaofbaptiste.com, is operated by MOB (Mafia of Baptiste). Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to MOB. By visiting our site, browsing, and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should not access the website or use any services. 2. Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our services. 3. Products & Orders All products sold through mafiaofbaptiste.com are one-of-one, hand-dyed garments. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique. Slight variations in color, pattern, and dye effect are intentional characteristics — not defects. The product photos on each listing depict the exact item you will receive. Pricing. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of your order confirmation are final for that transaction. Order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund. Inventory. Because each item is one of one, all products are limited to a quantity of one. Once an item is sold, it cannot be reordered, restocked, or reproduced. 4. Payment We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout, processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. All payments are processed in US Dollars. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. 5. Shipping & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. MOB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. 6. Returns & Refunds All sales are final. Because every item is one of one and hand-dyed by hand, we cannot offer exchanges or replacements. Exceptions. If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is significantly different from the photos in your product listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at fridayayhey321@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method. We do not accept returns based on fit preference, color preference, or natural variations in the handdye process. Each product listing contains detailed photos of the exact item sold. Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product designs, and website design — is the property of MOB (Mafia of Baptiste) and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission. The MOB name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of MOB. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. You may photograph and share your purchased item for personal, non-commercial use (and we encourage it). 8. User Content If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to us or post it in connection with our products (for example, product reviews or social media tags), you grant MOB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our brand, marketing, and products. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. 9. Website Accuracy We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person. The product photos on each listing are taken of the actual item being sold. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. 10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MOB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the site or any products purchased. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the site or purchase of products exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party. 12.
