Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you place an order with a non-US shipping address, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Because every item is one of one and hand-finished, each order is carefully inspected and packaged by hand before it ships. This is not fast fashion — we take the time to make sure your piece arrives exactly as pictured.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. MOB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the method you select. We recommend USPS Ground Advantage for the most affordable option.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout or via a promo code, and will be announced on our social media channels.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order through your Shopify order confirmation page.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. Packaging
Every Pretty Pastel tee is individually wrapped and packaged with care. Your item will arrive in a poly mailer to protect it during transit. Because each piece is one of one, we take extra steps to ensure your tee arrives in the same condition it left us.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at fridayayhey321@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and issue a full refund if the damage occurred during shipping.
Lost packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors, your building's front desk, or any secondary delivery locations. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. MOB is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
8. PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times to military addresses may be longer than standard estimates.
